All brand new products comes with 1 year return to base warranty. If you have any issues with your product, can contact our customer service at email@example.com or 1300 726 825 to see if the issues can be resolved prior to returning the product to us.
Quality issues and change of mind
We’re happy to help customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased online or in-store. If you purchased an item from Pospal Australia Pty Ltd Trading as PCMARKET and it’s not of acceptable quality or doesn’t match the description, you can return it. After you return it with proof of purchase and we’ll repair it or exchange it.
For returns & cancellations which are change of mind this must be done within the first two weeks of purchase and will incur a 20% restocking fee. All goods returned to us must be unopened in it's original condition appropriate to resell as brand new product. We may refuse the product refund if the product is returned to us as opened or damaged eg not in the original state and it's not considered to be part of warranty issue.
Returning the product
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and ensure it is properly packaged to reach us safely. For products purchased online, you can either return the products to our store, or send it back with your proof of purchase via Australia Post after you have received a Returns Authorisation number. To obtain an RA number please call us on 02 9898 3055 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . Any goods returned without this RA number will be rejected.
30 Day Dead on Arrival Policy
Some manufacturers – for example, ASUS Australia offers a 30 day Dead on Arrival refund on ASUS Notebooks. If your notebook is verified as faulty within 30 Days from your invoice date you are entitled to a refund of the notebooks purchase price using your original payment method. Any insurance, shipping and payment fees incurred cannot be refunded.
Your refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
A product or good has a major problem when:
it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it
it is unsafe
it is significantly different from the sample or description
it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.
If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon. The consumer guarantees do not apply if you received what you ordered but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method. If you can’t present proof that the goods were purchased from Pospal Australia Pty Ltd Trading as PCMARKET we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange.
