As with all large purchases I always ensure I can pickup a phone and call the store I want to place a purchase with which was no exception here. The staff were very helpful and by using online chat facility on the website I was able to get constant updates along the way. The delivery was perfect with tacking provided within the "Product has shipped" email via a direct link. Would be happy to purchase from PC Market again based on this experience. The product itself is fantastic too - I was concerned about it going up a hill on my commute to work but this was handled with ease and allows me to traverse it at 20kms an hour. The build quality is excellent and for those that might care this scooter doesn't have the internal power brick in the base like you can see on alot of videos. This is fine though in my view as I only need to charge mine once a week with the 40k range and regenerative brakes.

What are you waiting for - just get it

It's the finer details that matter and if you focus too much on the big picture you'll miss what makes this scooter great. And stop comparing it to the Max. If you need a scooter to go 65km, then get the Max. Otherwise, forget the Max and get this Max G30LP. This one is Gen2, its a 2020 product, it does 40km distance on air filled tyres, and it has a brand new engine in the back wheel using a brushless direct technology. Translating that to scooter terms, it will get you up a decent sized hill and that's the gem that is lost in comparison charts. This is my second scooter as my first one could do that oft quoted 15 degree incline, this Max G30LP does 20 degree and then kicks in the 700w motor to get you up it. So, what are you waiting for. Just get it.
