After Sales Support

Friction PCMarket provides telephone assistance and technical support to customers during the duration of their warranty. The technical support operating hours are 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

For certain products your enquiry may be forwarded to the manufacturers technical support line who can better service your needs.

Technical support problems which cannot be resolved over the phone may require that goods be returned to base for servicing. Please visit the troubleshooting page for more details.

On-site warranty support provided by third party companies are also available as an option to customers who prefer the convenience of having a technician come on-site. At the moment we are only able to offer such services to customers within the Sydney metro region.
