The On-site warranty option is also available on our BYO systems when Full Assembly is selected.

What's Not Covered:

• Equipment not declared by the dealer to CoverIT or declared more than three months after the sale date
• Keyboard and mouse, speakers after manufacturer warranty (typically after year one)
• Consumables including but not limited to battery, fuse, fans, printhead, fusing unit, drums
• Loss of data
• Viruses
• No fault found
• Software and operating system faults
• Incorrect configuration, bios or driver settings
• Fire or theft
• Repair costs for the first fourteen days starting from the customer purchase date
• Additional items installed into the computer after initial declaration
• Damage due to:

• Wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Relocation or transportation of equipment
• Negligence or misuse or operating environment
• Failure to service equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations
• Acts of god
