We’re happy to help customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased online or in-store. If you purchased an item from Friction Networks Pty Ltd on ASUSnotebook.com.au and it’s not of acceptable quality or doesn’t match the description, you can return it. After you return it with proof of purchase and we’ll repair it or exchange it.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product and ensure it is properly packaged to reach us safely. For products purchased online, you can either return the products to our store, or send it back with your proof of purchase via Australia Post after you have received a Returns Authorisation number. To obtain an RA number please call us on 02 9898 3055 or email email@example.com . Any goods returned without this RA number will be rejected.
ASUS Australia offers a 30 day Dead on Arrival refund on ASUS Notebooks. If your notebook is verified as faulty within 30 Days from your invoice date you are entitled to a refund of the notebooks purchase price using your original payment method. Any insurance, shipping and payment fees incurred cannot be refunded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
A product or good has a major problem when:
If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon. The consumer guarantees do not apply if you received what you ordered but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method. If you can’t present proof that the goods were purchased from Friction Networks Pty Ltd, we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange.
