We are open from 10AM - 6.30PM Monday to Friday.

Do you open on Weekends?

Our retail outlet will be open for weekend trading again soon.

Do you have a shop?

Yes we have a retails showroom located in Rydalmere, Sydney called PCMarket Express where you can browse products and talk to a sales rep if you need some further help.

Can I Pickup my order if I am in Sydney?

By all means yes. We can transfer your online order to our retail outlet PCMarket Express in Rydalmere NSW for free.
Unlike various 'online order only' stores operating from a residential address we have a professional retail showroom & warehouse set up which allows us to keep plenty of stock.
We do however recommend that you place an order in advance on the website and select the Pickup from PCM Rydalmere Option or give us a call first to confirm availability as some high demand items sell out really fast and we cannot guarantee stock allocation unless an order is confirmed in advance.

When will I know my order is ready to pickup?

Please do not proceed to come and pickup your order from our warehouse until your order has been processed and you have received confirmation, usually via email or phone call, that your order is ready to pickup.

Do you have a catalogue or printed price list?

We maintain only the prices on the website, they are updated twice a day at least and are your source to the most updated prices.

Can I obtain a quotatiton?

Quotatitions can be generated automatically through our website saving everyones precious time.
