Delivery Options

Currently we can only service customers in Australia and are able to ship goods Australia wide. Metro city destinations are serviced by Fastway Couriers, Australian Air Express and Australia Post eParcel.

Customers are welcome to arrange their own couriers to pickup from our warehouse.

We are also able to transfer orders to our retail outlet for free so customers are able to pickup their orders personally from our retail branch in Rydalmere NSW (5 mins from Parramatta)

• Free shipping will be determined during order confirmation by one of our sales staff.
• Shipping method will be at our discretion. (usually courier)

Friction PCMarket will not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We recommend insured freight if you are concerned about this. Please note express post shipments cannot be insured as it is not offered by Australia Post.

When / How do I get my tracking numbers?

The tracking numbers for each days despatched orders are emailed after 6:00pm AEST.

How can I track my parcel?

Fastway parcels can be tracked online by using the following link.

Registed Post and Express Post parcels can be tracked by calling Australia Post on 13 13 18.

My tracking number is not working, What should I do?

Give it a day or so as sometimes the courier's database is not updated as scheduled.

The courier company has my parcel but they have not delivered it, why is that?

The couriers will not leave the parcels if there is no one present to sign for the parcel. In such an event a calling card will be left either on your doorstep or in your post box with details on how to arrange a suitable delivery time.

What is i did not find a calling card and do not know if the courier has attempted delivery or not?

If in doubt contact the relevant courier company with your tracking number and they will be able to best advise you in this situation.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

If the item(s) appear to have bean damaged by the courier company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package and most importantly DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PARCEL. If the package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open to make sure the contents are not damaged and then refuse the package claiming damage, ONCE AGAIN DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PARCEL.
You must then contact the respective delivery company and file a clam within 24hours.

Why shouldn't I sign for the parcel if it is danaged?

Once you sign for the parcel all responsibility is removed from the courier as you have signed and acknowledged that the parcel is in good condition. Absolutely do not sign for the parcel unless it is good condition and you are happy with its condition.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order or I received the wrong item?

Does PCMarket pay for the return shipping of a defective item.

PCMarket is not responsible for manufacturer defects as we are not a product manufactruer. Since we are not a manufacturer we split the shipping cost with the customer. The customer pays for return shipping to PCMarket and PCMarket will pay for the shipipng back to you.

Similar to a walk-in store such as K-Mart, they will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either.

Does PCMarket deliver to PO Boxes

PO Box deliveries can only be made by Australia Post eParcel or Australian Air Express who accept a maximum size of 20kg parcels.

Can I get the courier company to leave a package without requiring a signature?

Although possible, it is not recommended as PCMarket will not be held responsible if your package goes missing. To make such arrangements you must compose a signed letter and fax it to the couriers depot to make this request.

Can i get the courier company to redirect my package?

There are no facilities for such arrangements because of fraud concerns.

Does PCMarket ship internationally?

Currently we only service regions within Australia.
